Worksheet layout and export happen in your browser. Font and content delivery network (CDN) requests disclose connection metadata, such as your IP address and request details, to their providers; font-subset requests can also reveal the requested character ranges. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and request logs independently of the in-browser layout work.

Stroke-order mode requests data for individual Chinese characters. The data providers can see which characters are requested.

A share link’s ws query parameter stores text, titles and settings in reversible encoding, not encryption. Anyone with the link can read this information. Opening the link sends its URL to the hosting service, and browsers and hosting services may record URLs. Do not share sensitive content through these links. Downloaded files may also contain your entered text; check them before sharing.

Emailing us shares your sender information and message with the relevant mailbox providers. Include only the information needed to address your question.
